  • To begin the process, we remove the existing felt/chippings and deck, exposing the existing roof joists. Then, we ensure that poor water drainage is improved, usually by utilizing timber firings. Following this, we re-deck the roof area with 18mm exterior grade ply.
  • Next, we proceed to fix specially made pre-moulded edging trims, flashing trims, and fillets trims. These components contribute to a well-finished result. The matting is carefully cut to size and impregnated with a special resin onto the deck, creating a seamless membrane.
  • After allowing sufficient time for the resin to cure, we apply a pigmented topcoat resin to the entire roof. This final step enhances both the appearance and durability of the roof. Furthermore, at the junction where the roof meets the wall, we install either a lead flashing or GRP flashing, ensuring proper waterproofing.
  • Lastly, we remove any waste from the site, leaving it clean and tidy. Additionally, we issue our guarantee, providing you with peace of mind for the future.
